For the past 24 years, I’ve been on an incredible adventure side by side with a man who’s been immersed in the world of real estate since his 20s. Over the last 22 years, we’ve not only shared our lives but also worked harmoniously in every aspect of real estate – from identifying the right investments and properties to finding the perfect tenants. We’ve worn multiple hats, playing the roles of DIY enthusiasts, tackling everything from fixing roofs and pipes to cultivating gardens. Learning about diverse locations, weather patterns, tax intricacies, and legalities became second nature.
My education was a blend of experiences, wisdom shared by others, and countless hours absorbed from books. During the last eight years, I explored different avenues, working as a photographer, web designer, and in retail.

Alongside me in this journey is Gloria Kobayashi, my esteemed Broker in charge, an Emeritus Broker with over 50 years of invaluable experience. Born and raised in Hawaii, her values perfectly align with mine – she believes, as I do, that real estate is fundamentally about the human experience.

With my husband, armed with 40 years of buying, selling, property management, and flipping experience, and Gloria by my side, I realized the wealth of knowledge I’ve amassed has immense value. Thus, my decision to transition from capturing moments through a lens to helping and teaching others navigate the intricate world of real estate investment.

Admittedly, I’m still on a learning curve, recognizing that each of us brings a unique story and background that shapes our perspectives. Respecting those stories, I am committed to building trusting relationships with my clients. Integrity, I believe, is my greatest asset.
